Privacy Policy — Space City Happy Hour

Last updated: July 29, 2026

Space City Happy Hour ("the app") is a Houston-focused app for discovering happy hour deals at bars and restaurants. This page explains what data the app collects and how it's used.

Information You Provide

We do not require an account or any personal information to browse venues or happy hours.

Data Stored on Your Device

The app saves a few preferences locally on your device (such as your chosen app icon, color theme, and whether you've purchased "Remove Ads"). This data stays on your device and is not shared with us.

Advertising

The free version of the app shows ads served by Google AdMob. Where required by law (for example, in the EU/UK), we show a consent form (via Google's User Messaging Platform) before loading ads so you can control ad personalization. We do not use Apple's App Tracking Transparency framework to track you across other companies' apps or websites, and ads shown are not personalized using cross-app tracking identifiers.

You can learn more about how Google uses data from apps that use its services at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.

In-App Purchases

The "Remove Ads" purchase is processed entirely by Apple through StoreKit. We do not receive or store your payment information.

Third-Party Services

Venue and happy hour data, and the submissions described above, are stored using Supabase, our backend database provider. Supabase does not have independent access to use your data beyond storing it on our behalf.

Children's Privacy

The app is not directed at children and is not intended for use by anyone under the legal drinking age. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes to This Policy

If this policy changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page.

Contact

Questions about this policy can be sent through the "Contact Us" option in the app's More tab.
